• $130mn AUD of saves delivered during 12-month program
• More than $40mn AUD of P&L reduction delivered in-year
• Implementation of commercial management & governance structure for close to 300 suppliers
• Established a preferred supplier list for resourcing, saving more than $8mn AUD
• Cost management processes established and adopted across the organisation
