We can build and handover the tool or provide as an on-going service back to the customer.  

The Commercial Contracts Calendar will:

• enable negotiations to be prepared early with potential commercial levers clearly articulated to stakeholders;
• ensure complex negotiations  commence proactively 3, 6, 9 or even 12 months in advance;
• provide 30, 60, or 90 day reporting for internal stakeholders on their forthcoming renewals pipeline; and,
• identify opportunities for cost optimisation.
